Product description
Too often, we underestimate or ignore our own strengths. The Solo 360+ assessment tool offers a transformative experience by going beyond the limitations of self-assessment. This easy-to-use online system not only helps you identify your strengths, potential, and skills through our intuitive card sorting process (the full Solo+ experience is included), but it also gathers powerful, positive feedback from those who know you.
How Solo 360+ elevates your discovery of your strengths?
1. Initial Sort: Interact with 50 digital "strength cards." Swipe "YES" for strengths that resonate with you, "NO" for those that don't, or "Not Sure."
2. Refine and Categorize: Classify your chosen strengths into "My Strengths" (genuine, energizing, where you are competent), "My Potentials" (aspire to develop, authentic, energizing), "My Skills" (competent but not truly energizing or authentic), and "Other Strengths" (your possible weaknesses).
3. Invite feedback (The 360° perspective): Share a unique code with up to 20 peers (friends, family, colleagues). They anonymously indicate the strengths they recognize in you. Crucially, they can also provide real-life examples and anecdotes of times they've seen these strengths in action—we're only focused on understanding your best moments, not perceived weaknesses or "areas for development." We don't ask for numerical ratings.
4. Compare and Achieve (The Radar Tool): The innovative Radar tab visually compares your self-perception with feedback from your peers. See where your perspectives align and uncover strengths others see in you that you might have overlooked. This comparative analysis activates awareness and illuminates paths to meaningful personal and professional transformations.
Designed as a real coaching session, Solo 360+ is accessible on any device (PC, tablet, mobile) without requiring any download.
