Refund policy

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has a right of withdrawal. However, pursuant to Article L. 212-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, the legal withdrawal period of 7 days does not apply once the service has begun.

Orders are firm and final and cannot give rise to refunds, exchanges, or the exercise of a right of withdrawal, except for services purchased that have not yet started, which may be refunded.

Any reservation or issue concerning a product must be notified by email to boutique@positran.fr within three (3) days of receiving the product.

If the claim is justified, the Customer may request reimbursement of the sums paid for the order in question, within a maximum of eight (8) days following the notification.

Reimbursement of the purchase price and shipping costs will be subject to the following conditions: the buyer must notify us in writing of their intention, and the product must be returned to the following address at the buyer’s cost and risk, in the same condition in which it was delivered:

In the event of a refund request made within the required timeframe, POSITRAN will proceed with the reimbursement of the relevant sums as soon as possible via a re-credit to the debited account. In any case, POSITRAN’s liability is limited to the value of the product.
