Secure Payments

New European regulations have been implemented to enhance the security of online transactions.

To validate your payment, you will need to authenticate yourself via your banking application, using a password or your fingerprint. If not already installed, we recommend downloading your bank’s application to facilitate online purchases.

Card payments above €30 are authenticated through the 3-D Secure system. After entering your bank details, you will receive a notification from your banking app. You can then confirm your identity using a password or your fingerprint. Once authentication is validated, your order is complete, and you will receive a confirmation email. For any questions about 3-D Secure, please contact your bank directly.
