A set of positive challenge and goal cards offering 84 positive challenges to challenge others or yourself, while developing well-being skills.
Choose a challenge for yourself or for others, at random or according to the mood of the moment, to follow to the letter, or not! To play with family or friends, during a dinner or between two activities, to distribute around, etc.

The Positive Challenge and Goal Cards were created to activate the levers that promote well-being in a simple and fun way. They are organized into 7 categories under the acronym ACTIONS (the same as our Positive Action Cards ):

Who is it for?
These Positive Challenge and Goal Cards can be used by anyone from the age of 10, with family, friends, at school, or even at work! These cards were created to activate, in a simple and fun way, the levers that promote well-being wherever and whenever you want!
Its use
Positive challenges for today:
Are you in a training room or classroom? Do you need an icebreaker game? Do you want to do an activity with family or friends?
LET'S GO, LET'S CHALLENGE EACH OTHER!
- Each player draws a CHALLENGE card, either randomly or from the cards of their chosen color. Each color represents a category: Activity, Understanding & Creativity, Tranquility, Identity, Optimism, Us, Satisfaction
- Each person presents their card to the others in groups of 4 to 6 people and everyone completes the challenge immediately.
- Each person chooses a card for the person next to them, who must then complete the activity written on it.
Positive goals for tomorrow:
Looking for a change in your daily routine? Want to discover small activities to integrate into your life to improve your well-being?
DON'T WAIT ANY LONGER AND GET STARTED!
- Each person gives a GOAL card to the person next to them, who must complete the task written on the card in the following days. Each color represents a category: Activity, Understanding & Creativity, Tranquility, Identity, Optimism, Us, Satisfaction.
- For some of these objectives, you will need to prepare or plan them. Note them down in your diaries.
- If your group can meet regularly, the game can continue at the next meeting.
